I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no call, or no-show appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. 80% will be charged for every no call no show after the first initial occurrence. At 15 minutes after the appointment time it is considered a no show and you will need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee.
